1. Preheattheovento200C/180CFan/Gas6.Greasetheovenproofdish
withbutter.
2. Soakthelasagnesheetsinrecentlyboiledwarmwatertosoftenwhile
youpreparethetwosauces.
3. Fortheporkandspinachsauce,heattheoilinalarge,nonstickfrying
pan.Addthesausagemeatandbrownoverahighheatfor510minutes
untilgoldenbrown,breakingupthemincewithtwowoodenspoons.
Sprinkleintheflourandfryforaminute.

4. Addthechilli,garlicandmushroomsandfryforabout5minutes.Stirin
thecrmefracheandspinach.Bringtotheboilandallowtobubblefora
coupleofminutes.Seasonwellwithsaltandpepperandsetaside.
5. Forthetomatosauce,mixalltheingredientstogetherinajugorbowland
seasonwellwithsaltandpepper.
6. Drainthelasagnesheets.
7. Spoononethirdofthespinachsauceintothebaseoftheovenproofdish.
Spoononethirdofthetomatosauceontopandarrangehalfthelasagne
sheetsoverthetomatosauce.Repeatusingtwomorelayersofspinach
andtomatosauceandoneoflasagnesheets.Sprinkleoverthegrated
cheese.
8. Bakefor3035minutes,oruntilthepastaistenderandthetopofthe
dishisgoldenbrownandbubblingaroundtheedges.Serveimmediately.
