BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:

SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 54-03 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
and enacted as follows:

Bill introduction - Limit.

A member of the legislative assembly may introduce no more than seven bills during each

regular legislative session unless the legislative assembly, by joint rule, provides a process to

authorize the introduction of additional bills to address extraordinary or emergency

circumstances.
