WejustwanttogiveyouaheadsupthatwewillhaveaRallyonthesidewalkonthe
NorthsideoftheColoradoSupremeCourtonpublicrightofwaycontrolledbythepublic
worksdepartmentoftheCityandCountyofDenver.Ihavemetwiththemandnopermit
isrequiredonthosegrounds.TheyaskedmetocontacttheDenverpolicedispatchjust
tonotifythemthatwewerehavingtherally.
Wenoticedanewlineinyourguidelinesthatsaysnopermitisnowneededforthe
sidewalk.Weassumethatmeansnopermitisrequiredbecausethesidewalkisnoton
Stategroundsandyouhavenojurisdictionoverit.Isthiscorrect?
Iwouldalsolikeacontactiftherebecomesissues.OnJanuary11th,IaskedtheState
PatrolstationedattheNorthEntranceifhecouldcontactMr.Steadmanforme.Hedidn't
knowwhoMr.Steadmanwas/is.Ithoughthewas/isheadofthesecurityattheState
