While searching for further employment as an elementary school teacher on the Utah Department of
Workforce Services website, I found that you have an opening in that position. I graduated from Brigham
Young University with a Bachelors Degree in Education, and having just completed a year of instruction
at Belknap Elementary School, I feel that I would be helpful in delivering an education to your students.
I have received good feedback on my previous teaching skills from Belknap Elementary Schools
principal, Monty Hawkins, and the parents of my students. Exerting myself in the world of academics
has shown me the importance of a proper start to education, and I feel that I would teach your students
to the best of my ability that they must pursue educational endeavors. Although I did not train to teach
in specific areas of academics, I will strive to study all lessons ahead of time and provide support for all
those in my class, and for others in need.
