Project Description
Contribution:
.Sales order status report-this report gives the status of the sales orders for the given sales office,
sales group and creation date.
.Created reports in SD module such as open sales order report, which covers all organization levels,
delivery status, invoice status, shipping details and partner function details.
.Created a Vendor Performance Report, which lists the vendor name, materials supplied Planned and
Actual
Delivery
Times,
payment
terms
and
Prices.
Developed BDC programs to upload the master data for the material, vendor, customer, products,
functional locations, and equipment, work centers.
Developed BDC programs to upload the purchase orders, purchase contracts, initial stock inventory,
and operations for the functional locations and the equipment.
Uploaded Material master-consumption, Pricing, and purchase info records from Legacy system to
R/3.
Worked on the SAP Script layout sets in SD and MM modules. This will be used in the delivery
document, billing document and Invoice.
Customized standard layout set MEDRUCK for purchase orders as per the client's requirement.
ALE / IDOC's Cross-application
.Configured ALE by defining Logical Systems, RFC destinations, Maintaining partner profiles, Inbound
and outbound processing to exchange IDOCs between systems.
ALE (Maintained Logical systems, RFC ports, Distribution models, Message types and Partner
profiles to exchange data between the distributed systems using ALE ).

Reports
Daily status report
Production Control generates a daily report of production and warehousing. It shows the progress in
each month toward achieving the Sales and Production Plan and commitment to the customers.
Vendor Delivery Analysis -MM
This report is used to generate analysis of a vendor for his delivery. It prints three types of reports
based on the user selection. They are Vendor Detail Report, Vendor Summary Report and Total
Summary Report.
Order status report -SD
The report will collect data from Sales orders, stock transport orders, and purchase orders and out
puts it according to customer number or material number (which we have to select in the selection
screen.)
Developed reports for Daily Stock Transfer Report, Plant & Storage location wise stock report and
MRP Proposal report.
Developed several Interactive and Basic reports in SAP ABP/4 Development Workbench for MM, and
SD function modules like custom Sales Information System (SIS), official documents, etc.
ABAP Query
.Developed ABAP Query for Sales report using the transaction codes Sq03, Sq02 and Sq01 out put
format given by the Client
In MM Migrated material master legacy data into SAP system using LSMW.
Developed BDC program in MM to load Purchase orders data into the SAP system from Legacy
system. This involved Batch input transactions for ME21.

SAP Scripts:
Modified MEDRUCK to include logo, contact person details like the email id of the buyer, various
texts, various terms and conditions based on document types (User Defined), etc.

Project Details
This software is designed and developed to automate all the aspects of HRD center in T&D
department. Problem Definition of this software is to develop the employees to the latest technology
in ITI Ltd, Bangalore.
The Project mainly consists of 3 modules viz, In-house Training, Corporate HRD
Training and External Training. In-house Training deals with the details of training programs
conducted within ITI Ltd. Corporate HRD Training deals with the details of training programs
conducted within Corporate HRD center. External Training deals with the details of training programs
conducted outside the ITI Ltd by external organizations.

Project Details
Milk Processing System Facilitates day-to-day Transactions of Dealers.
This System is used to keep all the Details of Milk, Curd which have come from Milk Dairy and
Dispatching the Milk and Curd. It helps to view Sales details, Shortages, Leakages on Route Wise.
General Manager can view the Opening and Closing Balances of every Dealer individually and total on
Route wise. And it is also used to maintain Stock and Amount and Generating the Reports whenever
they require.
