Blend all smoothie ingredients in
a high - speed blender . Top off
overnight chia pudding jars ( made
the night before ) with the

CHLORELLA BEAUTY
SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 / 4 teaspoon chlorella
2 cups frozen spinach
2 cups frozen bananas
1 4 cup raw cashews
3 Tbsp cacao nibs
2 Tbsp ( packed ) fresh mint leaves , minced
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups rice milk ( original variety )
1 2 cup coconut water
Sweetener , to taste ( optional )
TOPPINGS :
Cacao nibs .
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients until smooth .
Pour into a jar / glass and top with cacao nibs .

BLUEBERRY MACA
SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS :
cup blueberries
1 - 2 Tablespoons maca powder
1 - 2 bananas
1 cup almond milk + more if needed
Water ( optional )
1 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon + more if desired
1 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ( optional )
TOPPINGS
Blueberries
METHOD :
Combine blueberries , maca , bananas and almond milk into a
blender . Blend until smooth . If needed , add more almond milk
or water to achieve a smooth consistency .
Sprinkle in cinnamon and vanilla extract and blend again . Taste
smoothie and add more cinnamon and / or vanilla extract as
desired .

GLOWING SPIRULINA
SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTES
1 ripe banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries ( I buy them fresh then freeze them )
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of kale
3 / 4 of a cup of water / almond milk / coconut water
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of hemp protein powder
1 teaspoon of spirulina
2 medjool dates ( this sweetens it )
TOPPINGS :
Frozen blueberries
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients until smooth .
Pour into a jar / glass and top with cacao nibs .

LIME AVOCADO
WHEATGRASS SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS :
1 handful spinach
1 lime ( peeled )
1 apple
2 carrots
1 / 2 avocado
1tbs wheatgrass powder
TOPPINGS :
Beepollen , cacao nibs , chia seeds
METHOD :
1 . Juice the spinach , peeled lime , apple and carrots . Pour the
juice in the blender and add the avocado and wheatgrass
powder .
2 . Blend for about 20 seconds and top off with some extra
superfoods like beepollen , cacao nibs and chia seeds .
3 . Enjoy !
