I am writing to express my keen interest in the vacancy of H.R. Head as posted in the newspaper
recently, dated 18/01/2017.
My background in H.R. has been for 13 years. I have handled the entire gamut of H.R. which
encapsulates recruitment, generalist role, attendance and grievances handling, till the last process
of exit interviews.
My organized nature ingrained incarnates me as a structured person not just in personal life but
as well as in professional life. I take ownership of the tasks quickly. I am a creative problemsolver and adept in solving difficult issues.
Since last 13 years, I have been working in E-TV which is a group of Viacom 18, one of the
prominent names in media industry. Drawing the analogy, just as this exalted media group has
forayed into the business of various regional channels, similarly, I having spent these thirteen
years, wish to broaden my horizons and foray to the next level designation of Human Resources
field. I prophesize myself to be in the strategic independent decision-maker in H.R. Therefore,
applying for Head position.
