SWEEP PICKING LICK

Hi this time we will to see a lick of sweep picking, this is in the scale of D minor .
The progression starts on the first chord of the scale(D minor) then continues trough the
following chords: Am-Dm-Am-Gm-Dm-Gm-Dm-F Major-Am-Gm-E diminished-F Major-
C#minor-C#minor+5/G-C#minor and finally resolves to D minor again.
This must be played at a tempo of 160bpm,but you must to start slowly concentrating in
the mechanics first, familiarizing with the legatos and finger stretches, then add speed
and you’ll see it’s nice sounding.
Other thing you must think is in learn this little etude and make some variations, for
example in velocity, or you can change the tonality, or the progression, or change the
technique, by example you can use legato arpeggios and string skipping in fact the
possibilities are endless.
