Summary
Demand for housing complex project for the owner and the Ministry of
Housing, Utilities and Urban Development
It was agreed under the contract between the owner and the contractor on
the implementation of a housing project in Mahalla al-Kubra
It was a delay by the owner to pay one project abstracts, and it has resulted
in slow business Altnfve of the project, followed by stops business fully

reply stating our position and it is served this claim in order to speed

implementation of the project is fully.

Work of construction and building the new Residential
Complexes that was located on land with dimensions ( 100
125 m ) , area 7350 m2 . It is working on a 30 Residential
Building, each building consists of 10 floors , and each floor
consists of 4 department .

Subject of the Claim

The preparation of this claim due to the impact of the delay in
the payment of the required dues Abstract No. Ar212-2016 and
on 21 Feb 2016 To obtain a delay in the project and request an

increase in the duration of the project with financial compensation also .

Approach to the preparation of this claim

The approach in the preparation of this claim It had been sent Invoice
No. Ar212-2016 dated 21 Feb 2016 has been disbursed delay
demodulator us thus delaying actions have been notified discourse No.
Se183-2016 on 28 March 2016 to let us know because the delay has not
been reply to us by you and send a letter to Eng. Advisory ( consultant
eng. Bureau ) No. Se253-2016 on 10 April 2016 the reply us a speech on
12 April 2016 he has been notified by the consultant , and resulted to
slow down the business , which is supported in the schedule

Sequence of events
- Invoice submitted by [Rajab company for construction and
building] on 21/02/2016 with an explanation of the amount of work
performed and costs in the period prior to him .
- It was sending a letter to the owner in order to clarify the reason
for the delay in disbursement Abstract sent by the contractor on
18/03/2016
- It has been sent a letter consultant engineer to explain the delay in
the work site with a request to inquire about the delay in
disbursement demodulator and so on 25/03/2016

effects of time So we demand financial compensation of 500,00
EGP and 3% of the value of the extract , and also an increase o
70 days , and the new date to finish the project 22.08.201
instead of 16.06.201
