AT

1. Clean the existing surface to be free of dust, cement laitance, grout deposits, etc.
2. Seal around the pipe protrusions/gullies with high strength, non-shrink repair mortar
SpECbuild SG15 or SpECbuild LWC50 and cure the application with water.
3. Lay cement sand thin plaster to brick/block on walls up to min.300mm and shower area up to
2100mm (or up to required height) from finish floor level and allow to drying.
4. Lay cement sand 25x25mm angle fillets at all right angled edges and allow to drying.
5. Saturate the existing surface with water.
6. Apply 02 coats of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible liquid waterproofing
membrane system Deepseal 201 system on total floor area of toilets and walls up to
min.300mm and shower area up to 2100mm (or up to required height) from finish floor level
as per manufacturers specification.
7. Allow to curing the application for minimum 2 days.
8. Construction of curbs & blocking of pipes with end capping as per the requirement and fill
water for 03 days.
9. Carry out the inspection for possible water leaks after 03 / 04 days of water filling.
10. De - watering after the water test is completed.
11. Protect the waterproofed area with cement sand protective screed / plaster soon after the de
watering is completed
