Worked for RMA, a browser based portal for World Wide Web. The portal facilitates incorporation and integration of IRIS
(International Repair Information System) codes at RMA creation and repair level.

Worked for SPRINT NEXTEL; one of the biggest wireless network providers in USA. Project included Web-Based testing
of the new developed website of Sprint after the merging with Nextel (another wireless network provider in USA). Project
also included applications related with the GSM & CDMA mobile individual, corporate and government aisle users.
Responsibilities
Profile includes:

Requirement Mapping / Inputs from the Client POCs

Test Case Creation (Manual) & breaking down High Level Scenarios to Low Level Scripts / Steps.
Execution of Test Cases
Bug Reporting using Quality Center (HP) to manage the Test Scripts & Using Synergy Change (Telelogic) for
reporting, updating and tracking bugs.
Data Mining and maintenance of Database and fetching the test data using TOAD tool.
Test Defect Management:
o Worked as Test defect Manager to track bugs using Synergy Change (Tool for bug logging & tracking).
o Worked towards reducing the Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR). The mean time to resolve a bug was
300% less as compared to a bug that was not being taken care by Test Defect Management.
