Introduction
This background report describes career planning approaches which
affect fresh graduated student success in education and job. I will first talk
about how they can they can improve themselves in such area school and
college. I will also discuss about the strength and the chances they may get.
Finally, I will check also the current experience like in language, and
communication skills and how they can improve it. I believe this topic is
important to student over the world because students they dont know how
to use it. In order to get the make sure that I am able to get the best from my
career planning in must also be able to integrate life skills so that I can
understand what the outside world (life after school) entails. On the other
hand, I should be able to have the best notion of study that can steer my
efforts in making my career a better one. I believe that career development
and planning does not only entail studying but also knowing the way to
handle issues in place. For this reason, I will write the ways that I can
improve my educations skills as well as others to meet the needed ones as
well as state my strengths and reflection of my skills.
Background
Education:
I intend to undertake the masters course to improve my career
competence in some areas. With vast knowledge and skills in the following
sectors: career development and growth , my aim or purpose of pursuing the

course is to make sure that can get a deeper understanding of the same, but
on a wider perspective (Hirschi, 2010).
However, my career goals are as follows: first, I would like to research
on business management that can be used to integrate a hospitality industry
communication system with all government and private communication
agencies. The intention for the above is to offer a reliable and sustainable
solution to the country to curb terrorism and other criminal cases. Secondly, I
would like to come up with an efficient and user-friendly system that can be
used for all types of users. After the course, I would like to suit other
successful computer programmers in the world as well as have a chance to
tutor or lecturer.
High education offers the best opportunity for me to pursue my
Masters in business management because First, it has best lecturers in the
field of study am planning to continue, they have the needed resources that
can boost or improve my skills as compared to other colleges and the course
is affordable as compared to another college (Benson, Filippaios & Morgan,
2010). Besides, the institution is reputable on computer or IT related courses
in the country, hence the reason for my selection.
Current skills:
I am able to integrate career development haste as well as my studies. On
the other hand, I have the best if not good communication skills. I also
consider that I am one with better situational analysis skills that can help me
understand issues faced by other employees.

Chances:
I have chance to schedule time on productive activities and one of the
easiest ways of doing so is to prioritize is to make a to do list. Be careful
when making your to-do list to avoid getting out of control (Kneale, 2014).
For instance, ranking the most important activities to the less important.
Practice not to pick up your phone every time it rings or idolising it and,
reading all the messages that show in your phone, unless it very important
or urgent. Update your to do list daily, weekly or monthly depending on your
activities (Brown, 2015).
Strength:
I often do group discussion after reading by myself and getting the concept.
Through this one, understands. This is one of the best ways that I consider it
has been helping me to able to integrate learning both in class as well as out
of class. This can be deduced that the use of group work is the best way to
ensures that one can get effective studies. Having the best study team is one
of the strategies that I found to be most interesting as well as very efficient
towards my entire studies. The team I able to meet and make all that is
expected in order to deliver the needed tasks as well as the tutorials. This is
one of the best because it offers time to study and the team has also helped
me complete tasks that I could manage. I consider that this is also one of the
best and most effective strategies to use in studying. It is one way that I
could be able to undertake my studies with positive attributes. It helps have
better view of study content.

Background Summary
My intention is to undertake a course that will not only improve my
career but also improve my career weaknesses as well as boost the
strengths that I currently have in place. This means that I would like to have
a course that will be able to integrate my career so does the government and
this is to curb the criminal issues in place in the country. I will be able to
determine the chances or the probability that I will be able to improve my
career. This will be able to increase my undertaking of the same so that I
could be able to build my career in the best way possible so that I could
change my current status as a graduate. I consider that higher education is
the place that will help me improve my career skills. I will also be able to
boost my current skills on the same so does determine the best strengths in
place. My ability as well as the opportunities that are on board on the same
is crucial in my career development abilities and skills. Despite the fact that
my career planning is crucial for my success, its growth and plans on the
same are ideal.

Interesting Results
I like to state that the research on the ways that I can be able to improve my
skills in my career planning process is the most ideal of all as well as the
most interesting for me. The other issues that was interesting was the ability
to be able to come up with my strengths and weaknesses. I consider that the

Relationship with Background Research
The results are close with my background research. It means that the results
of my research have a direct relationship to my background research on the
same. It is ideal to note that the results show that career planning is a crucial
step in making sure that a fresh graduates is able to meet the needed results
in the job market. Likewise, background research also explains the reasons
why it is vital to have a better career planning skills that will not only
improve ones job performance in the real world, but also reduce the risks in
place on the same.
Results answer to Research Questions
The results were able to answer the research questions in the best way
possible. They were able to define the variables that explain the main areas
of research hence able to explain the research questions. On the other hand,
the results can be considered as a continuation of the research variables.
This means that the analysis of the results defines the specific answers to
the research in view of career plans on board.
Recommendations to the College
Based on the results and the findings, the following recommendations are
ideal for the college:

The college should undertake career planning training in order to

improve graduates undertaking of the job market

ii.

The college should first undertaken an assessment of the student in

order to determine his or her career weaknesses and strengths before
undertaking a course that will lead to his or her career in the future.

More Information Needed

More information concerning the areas of interest of the graduates so does
his or her expectation is vital in career planning.
Conclusion
This is an effective way to study. The environment should
accommodate the learning or studying process. It should be able to offer
reliable information to the student. It helps be undertake my studies well,
hence recommended. Organizing my work by using personal planning tools
such as electronic planners and index cards and notebooks is the most vital
concerns that should be integrated in contemporary career planning
strategies. Writing down your tasks, schedules, can help one to focus on your
priorities. Find a planning tool that works for you and use that tool constantly.
For this reason, there is need to undertake this study so that I can be able to
inform the best way that I can as well as others can to be able to answer the
questions that exist in literature on the same. Career planning is wide topic
in literature but understanding the value as well as the strengths that one
has in order to improve ones career is missing. Thus, this is the motivation
that will trigger me in the next research. My research will be best on creating
a system that will help new graduates to be able to boost their skills and

improve their career goals. The motivation is best on the gap that exists on
the same in current literature.
