Narrative

The defendant was operating his motor vehicle on the rear

Clarkson access rd. when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a
light pole which caused the pole to fall over. There were no
injuries. The defendants vehicle had to be towed from the
scene. The defendant was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for the
above listed charge.
