INTRODUCTION

The objective of this paper is to be familiar with necessary application knowledge on the
importance of developing managers interpersonal skills that are closely tied to the need for
organizations to get and keep high-performance employees. The course also helps to understand
not only the technical skills but also develop the people skills to make the workplace more
pleasant, which, in turn, makes it easier to retain qualified people.
In this course would also require to perform a companys analysis, to know more about
the management styles of the company (for example, working culture, conflict management,
change management, leadership style, team management and power and political issues) that are
likely to impact ones strategy and implementation plan to solve the organizational problems
pertaining organizational behavioural issues. It is necessary to conduct a companys analysis that
will be relevant to the development of employees interpersonal skills and management, which
may impact the organisational performance.
