As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the

constitution.

Trumps executive order to close Americas borders to travellers from some Muslim-majority

initially included in the ban but the White House later said they would face additional screening

The Australian government updated its travel advice for the United States following the changes,
advising those affected by the executive order that they would need to apply for non-immigrant visas
through the US embassy or consulate.
No exceptions will be made for government officials or ADF members who are dual citizens of Iran,
Iraq, Syria or Sudan, the advice stated.

It has been widely reported that the courts in the USA have put a stay on the deportation of
undesirable aliens. In light of that I do not accept that the refugee deal involving Australia with
the USA will be honoured without the specific Trump executive orders remaining in force. After
all, if the Trump Administration were to accept refugees from countries it banned then it means
this could be used against him in legal proceedings. I view President Donald Trump is no fool
and more than likely has made clear that the full force of his executive orders will remain in
force and subject to that the Trump Administration will Accept refugees as per refugee
agreement. If Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is concealing relevant details and pretending that
the refugee settlement deal will go ahead irrespective of any conditions of the President Trump
executive orders then I view this is a gross dishonesty as was I view with Prime minister
Malcolm Turnbull regarding the Bourke Street mall carnage reportedly making known that the
government has a responsibility for the safety of citizen while I understand he and Premier
Daniel Andrews blatantly disregarded my ongoing warnings specifically regarding Bourke
Street Mall.

With President Donald Trump executive order one then has to consider what the Privy
Council stated:

I noticed that on ABC24 (Australia) a woman claimed that a wife of two adult children left
the USA to visit her sick father in Iran and now is prevented to return.

It appears to me that the woman in the ABC24 clip for a brief moment stopped before
making her claim and this got me suspicious that she was perhaps fabricating her story.
While ABC24 repeats the story and so may get people relying upon it as being the truth, I
view it would have been better had the ABC24 checked its details.

To my understanding President Carter did also ban aliens from certain countries but then it
seems it was a different issue because somehow it was perhaps not held unconstitutional as
after all he was not President Donald Trump, who does now no more but actually stick to
what he stated during his election campaign. Perhaps other politicians could take an
example as to what President Trump is doing, that is to show to the electors he intends to
keep his promises to the electors.
Courts may also recognise that it is irrelevant if the Obama Administration did or didn't
grant certain visa's as like with a Parliament no Parliament can prevent a subsequent
Parliament to exercise its legislative powers. Likewise President Trump is not bound by
what President Obama might have decided in the past. After all, as I understand it President
Obama did also counter act Presidential executive orders of predecessors and so President
Trump likewise has this right.
As I stated about Australia citizenship the same applies to USA citizenship regarding the
constitution:

My view of readings of the intentions of the Framers of the Constitution is that the

prior to being ordered to be deported whereas a person who unlawfully entered the
Commonwealth of Australia and/or overstayed a visa in my view must be deal with as a
foreign based alien. After all one cannot provide citizens rights to a person who
unlawfully assumed to be a citizen.

True friends do not play politics above the truth. Therefore Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull
should come clean and explain the precise nature of the purported go ahead of the refugee deal.
If he fails to do so then opponents to the executive orders may seek to use it to undermine the
position of the Trump Administration, albeit I cannot see it will cause it to fail, but it might then
be justified for the Trump Administration to cancel the refugee deal on the basis that Prime
Minister Malcolm Turnbull failure to clarify matters has undermined the agreement that was
allegedly reached during the telephone conversation as to the refugee deal and any executive
orders conditions. It seems to me Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull may have no conscious
issues as to deceive the Australian community but he better be aware that any such game play to
conceal the truth from Australian s may just backfire because of the problems this may cause to
the Trump Administration. Therefore both for Australians as well for the USA I view Prime
Minister Malcolm Turnbull should without delay clarify if the purported agreement made during
the 29 January 2017 (Australian time) phone call was subject to the Executive Orders of
President Trump regarding Syrian and 7 order countries nationals or not. In my view it is very
unlikely and also considering the current litigation and interim court order that President Trump
would have sought to undermine his own executive orders. As such, if Prime Minister Malcolm
Turnbull present the phone call as that somehow so to say President Trump caved in then this
may beyond doubt leave President Trump with that Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull cannot be
trusted, and this could undermine the so to say close friendship between the USA and Australia.
I for one view that more than likely President Trump has affirmed to honour the refugee
settlement deal with Australia but subject to the conditions of the his executive orders.
LET THE TRUTH BE KNOWN! IT BE ALSO UNFAIR (by Prime Minister Malcolm
Turnbull) TO THOSE DETAINED TO BE GIVEN FALSE HOPE THEY CAN SETTLE
IN THE USA WHEN IN FACT THOSE FROM THE BANNED COUNTRIES CANNOT.
