using conceptsof knowledge canvas and IDEA Matrix.Knowledge processes make
sure that knowledge flow across the organization and the loss of knowledge is
minimal.

Knowledge Canvas:
Knowledge canvas is the one that depicts the knowledge forces and knowledge
flow across theorganization and extended organization. It captures current
knowledge state and knowledge forcesin the environment. It helps us to identify
knowledge opportunities, perspective knowledge partnersand knowledge losses. It
