2) Make sure the switch of the battery circuit is ON, see Figure 2If alarm appears, then go to next step
3) Make sure the active switch of the battery on PMU is ONPress the ON 5s by a small round pole till a sound of
connection,
Attention, after above operating, if alarm disappears, need test battery backup function. The test method is: make
sure battery is OK, and turn off AC input, observe that whether BTS can work normally.
2.
Troubleshooting steps:
1) Turn off the AC input, and then remove the cover of the AC arrester. See Figure 4.
2) Check the connection of the power supply unit to make sure the N line cable is on the right position, if OK, go to next
step
3) Make sure that is safety; turn on the AC input, then check the LED of the AC arrester. If the LED is green, maybe the
alarm cable is not connected. Turn off the AC input, and then reconnect the alarm cable. After that, check the alarm is
disappeared or not. If not, please change the AC arrester; if the LED of arrester is red, check the voltage between L
and N with multi-meter. If the value is near 125V, the AC arrester is broken, please replace it. If the value is abnormal,
please check the connection between the N line cable and AC arrester.
4) If alarm still appears, Replace the AC lightning arrester, The alarm is not cleared if nogo to next step;
5) Replace the PMU., Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement, The alarm is not cleared. Please
contact Huawei Technical Support
Notice:
a. The figure 4 is only for double line wire AC power input, 220V AC input is different.
b. When check the AC arrester, make sure the AC power is turn off.

Troubleshooting steps:
1) Check if it is the maintenance engineer that opens the cabinet door or if someone opens the cabinet door illegally", if
not, go to next step
2) Please check whether the door extended cable is connected, see figure 5;
Figure 5
3) Please press the front door tightly, and check whether the door alarm is disappeared, if the door alarm disappeared,
we can solve like this: sticking adhesive tape on the door switch, otherwise please go to next step;
4) Please close the front door, and open the back door, press the back door tightly, and check whether the door alarm is
disappeared, if the door alarm disappeared, we can solve it by sticking adhesive tape on the door switch, otherwise
please go to next step;
5) Please press both the front and back door(two person is needed here), and check whether the door alarm is
disappeared, if the door alarm disappeared, solving it according 2) and 3); if not, go to next step
Solving key: according to the current case of door alarm, all of the problems are caused by the lower extent of door
switch, we can solve it by sticking adhesive tape on the door switch, 3 layer adhesive tapes are needed for the
normal case, according to figure 6.
6) In this case, the sensor is faulty, please replace it, if necessary, repeat step 2~5;
7) If alarm still appears, please contact Huawei Technical Support

Troubleshooting steps
1) Checking whether the cable connects correctly or not; testing whether the input voltage of the fan box is normal or not;
checking whether the cable connects reliably or not; checking whether the alarm line connects correctly or not, see
Figure 7, after installing alarm cable again, observing whether the fan works normally or not, if not, go to the next
step.
2)
Pull out the fan box, checking the inside cable connects whether or not correctly, using multi-meter to test the input
voltage of control board, if the voltage is abnormal, change input power cable;
3) Exchanging the corresponding interface of control board(between normal fan and abnormal fan), see Figure 8, if the
fan is faulty, and replace the fan, if it is the control board is faulty, and change it.
5.
Troubleshooting steps
1) If the LED is normal(the green light is on), then check the alarm cable connection and Reconnect the alarm cable (pay
attention to the position), see figure 9, if the alarm still appears, change the arrester;
2) If the LED is abnormal (the red light is on): Using multi-meter to test input voltage of arrester, if it is -48v, the arrester is
faulty, change the arrester.

No AC Input AlarmID:10774
Figure 10
2) The input AC power should be checked whether it is normal. Firstly, the input AC power cable of the heat exchanger
should be disconnected from the socket (See Fig. 11), the voltage of this cable should be measured to see whether it
is normal (220VAC); then plug the input AC power cable into the socket again, if this alarm doesnt disappear yet, go
to next step.
Figure 11
3) Replace the transformer of the DHEU. Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement. The alarm is not
cleared. Please contact Huawei technical support to handle it
7.
Figure 12
2) Check whether the DC socket of the DHEU is properly connected (See Fig. 13), if not, connect it, if alarm still appears,
the voltage of this cable should be measured to see whether it is normal (48V, the brown one is the positive, the blue
one is the negative); then plug the input DC power cable into the socket again, if this alarm doesnt disappear
yet, Please contact Huawei technical support.

9.
Troubleshooting steps:
1) Check whether the cabling of the heater is secure, and Reconnect the cables, Observe whether the alarm is cleared
after the reconnection, the alarm is not cleared. Go to next step;
2) Replace the heater of the DHEU, The alarm is not cleared. Go to next step;
3) Replace the DHEC, Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement, the alarm is not cleared. Please
contact Huawei technical support.
10.
Troubleshooting steps:
1) Check if the LMT sends the shutdown command to the power system, if yes, Power on the power system. See if the
alarm is cleared. Go to next step, if command is not sent, Go to next step;
2) Check if the output of the power system is normal; also check whether there are other alarms. If have, solve power
system problem, if have not, go to next step
3) Replace the DPMU that has an alarm. The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei technical support.
11.
Troubleshooting steps:
1) Check PMU DIP switch, 1,2 should be ON, other should be off;
2) check if the PMU module is on the right slot and power on, re-install the PMU module and power on again, re-connect
the PMU communication cable, check if the alarm disappear, if yes, go to next step;
3) replace the PMU module, check if the alarm disappear, if no, go to next step;
4) replace the PMU communication cable, check if the alarm disappear, if no, go to next step;
5) disconnect the communication cable that connect the DDPU board, the DEMU board and the FAN module to the
CBUS3 in turn, check if the alarm disappear, if no, go to next step;
6) Replace the DTMU board, check if the alarm disappears, if no, Please contact Huawei technical support.
1) Check if the data configuration is consistent with the hardware configuration, and the DTRU module is on the right
place, if yes, go to next step; if not, re-install the DTRU module or update the data configuration.
2) Check if the site has been reset manually or the power is turned off, if yes, dont handle it; if not, go to next step;
3) replace the DCSU signal transfer board and check if the alarm disappear, if no, go to next step;
4) Replace the cable between the DCSU and DTRB, check if the alarm disappear, if no, go to next step
5) Replace the faulty DTRU, check if the alarm disappear, if no, go to next step
6)
Replace the main controlling module, check if the alarm disappears, if no, Please contact Huawei technical support.
Replace the DCCU board, check if the alarm disappears, if no, Please contact Huawei technical support.
1) Check if the connections at the power output port of the DTRU are secure, Secure the connectors and reset the
DTRU. Check if the alarm is cleared. If no, go to next step;
