Thanks Trisa.
Do you want me to send this email and mention the Oakley Station too?
I called the State and left a voicemail. I will let you know what the
State says once I hear from them.

Edgar,
below is my DRAFT response to Ron from RandR Steel. Please review and
make any comments or edits you see fit.
/ Ron, /

/Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, in accordance with ORC 4115
(4115.07 and Ohio Department of Commerce Prevailing Wage Guide, 1-2016)
the City still needs to see copies of issued and cancelled checks to
ensure employees working on the project were paid the appropriate
prevailing wage rate. A contractor is responsible for keeping full and
accurate payroll records, which may include canceled checks. The
contractor must also make those records available for inspection to the
public authority, in this case, the City of Cincinnati. This, again, is
to ensure those working on projects subject to prevailing wage are paid
Edgar, Lydgia mentioned you wanted her to request these checks for one
of her projects as well, Oakley Station. If that is the case, I don t
see why you couldn t combine that particular request with this one.
Thanks,
Trisa

The city has not received what it asked R&R Steel to submit.
Sharon has asked for copies of checks issued and cancelled checks for
all your employees in the 8^th and Sycamore project and that she has not
received this yet. Please submit.
This is the only way we can verify how much you have actually paid your
employees.
*Thank You,*

Edgar,
The City of Cincinnati has now had the information for the 8^th and
Sycamore Garage for approximately two weeks. I would like to set up a
meeting with the City to go over any questions you may have regarding
the information that I sent to you. I have been informed that Miss
Gibson is no longer an employee of the city but in an email she told me
she had forwarded all the information in which I had sent to her. If you
have not received this information please let me know. I am attaching a
copy of Miss Gibsons email to verify if she has forwarded this
information on to you
*Thank You,*
