The PUBLIC INFORMATION REQUESTS. AVAILABILITY information and documentation shall be maintained in accordance with the state records retention schedule [see CPC]. Except as otherwise restricted by state and federal law, the District shall post every public information request on an Internet website designated for the posting of public information requests. The District shall operate a website designated "DALLAS ISD PUBLIC INFORMATION PORTAL.” The District shall post the public information request to the Web site as soon as itis received and verified. The District shall re- spond to each public information request within the time frame es- tablished by the Texas Public Information Act [see GBAA]. The following categories of information, except as otherwise re- stricted by state and federal law, shall be posted in electronic for- mat (including, but not limited to, pdf, rss, wav, mp3, mpg, Word, and Excel) without the necessity of a public information request un- der the following heading: 1.
