Fyi: please see brief attached.

Only Real Estate info not included is for the 9 ROE-S condemnations to do with Gap Filler project in San
Diego...I'll work with (b) (6) to get a status on those from DOJ. I believe the AUSA requires a signed
Declaration for Immediate Possession on those...and I just received an email from the Corps that 1 of
the 9 DT's is on hold as the Sector reevaluates an access road. More to follow on Gap Filler.

The VF300 slide will likely get tweaked further as a result of this week's conference in Yuma.

I'm told the(b) DT Package is in DOJ review, and that DOJ's focus has been on prep for this week's
TX possession
(6) hearings and the (b) (6) - I'm hoping to get it to (b) (6) for signature asap. I
know G2 signed the DIP Friday.
