Perfect is the famous saying and when a person get practical experience under the guidance
of expert of the respective field, the knowledge gained is priceless.
With the sense of great pleasure and satisfaction, I present this project report entitled
HEALTH INSURANCE completing a task successfully is never a man efforts similarly
completion of this report is the result of invaluable support and contribution of number of the
peoples in direct and indirect manner. In the light of foregoing, first of all my heartfelt great
fullness and thanks goes to Mrs. ANGANA BHATTACHARYA as a CLUSTER HEAD of
SUNDARAM FINANCE LIMITED (DELHI BRANCH) for giving opportunity to work
for his highly esteemed Organization and for being a constant source of inspiration and
guidance throughout the project. Without his able support the project would not have seen
the light of the day.
At this juncture, I would also like to thank Mr. NISHANT sir and all the team members of
the SUNDARAM FINANCE LIMITED. Without their indispensable cooperation, the
project wont have been completed within the stipulated time period.
I would also thanks to H.O.D sir, DIRECTOR CRC, and the entire faculty members of
ASHOKA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT and my seniors, my
friend for their moral support throughout the training.

PREFACE
Summer training is an integral part of the curriculum of the MBA course during the second
year in AITM. It gives the student a feel and an insight into the working of the real corporate
world. The students are able to get practical knowledge of working of the organization.
During the short stint with the industry, the trainee gets to learn the various aspects of an
organization like the culture followed the functional aspects etc.
The main objective of the summer project is to experience the various concepts that the
student learn in his or her second year of management course. One crucial thing that the
student experience is that learning the concepts is very different form experiencing them at a
concrete level. He or she learns to face various situations by establishing relationship between
real and significant factors in a situation. They learn how to implement what they have
studied and also observe that in a given situation all the functional aspects are inter-related
that one function aspect cannot be isolated from the organization the time spent in the training
help them to be more confident and teach them how to tackle different type of situations by
judging the various other factors involved by making use of their reasoning and by the
application of that they acquire during the second year of the course. The main aim of the
summer training is to get in touch with the organizational.
