SEC. 2. EXECUTIVE ORDER TO HAVE NO FORCE OR EFFECT.

Beginning on January 27, 2017, the Executive Order

3 entitled Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist

4 Entry into the United States (January 27, 2017), is null
5 and void, shall have no force and effect, and may not be
6 implemented, administered, enforced, or carried out.

SEC. 3. NO FUNDS AVAILABLE.

No Federal funds (including fees) made available for

9 any fiscal year, may be used to implement, administer, en10 force, or carry out (including through the issuance of any
11 regulations) any of the policy changes set forth in the Ex12 ecutive Order entitled Protecting the Nation from For13 eign Terrorist Entry into the United States (January 27,
14 2017).
