technical garments with a total capacity to produce and export over 2.5 million garments in a month.

Late Mr. M. Manimaren

A man with the vision and drive.
He started with a small operation in Ungaran and guided it to be one of the biggest garment
manufacturers in Indonesia.

Two Production facilities have been added with below capacity

Men : Casual Shirts, Shorts, Pants, Jackets, Sport Coats, Cut and sew knits.
Women : Blouses, Dresses, Skirts, Shorts, Pants, Jackets, Cut and sew knits.
Treatments : All types of washes including dry and wet treatments, garment dye,
placement print, embellishments and embroideries.

Refined :
Men : Dress Shirts, Dress Pants, Formal Suits and Blazers, Cut and sew knits.
Women : Formal Blouses, Dresses, Skirts, Dress Pants and Formal Suits and Blazers, Cut and sew knits.
Treatments : Good needlework and value additions such as embroideries.

Active :

Men : Jog Suits, Board Shorts, Swim Shorts, Ski Jackets and Pants, Golf Wear
Women : Board Shorts, Ski Jackets and Pants, Golf Wear, Yoga Wear
Treatments : Seam sealing, printing and embroidery.

Technical :
Infusion of technology such as Laser Cutting, Bonding, Seam Sealing, I-pod control and other
technological features at all categories of garments be it casual wear, refined
garments or active performance wear.

PT Ungaran Sari Garments

The first manufacturing facility established under the umbrella of Busana Apparel Group, with a small
operation in one shed at Ungaran, near the second largest town in Central Java.
There are 3 locations with total 8 production factories producing formal and casual
shirts, blouses, dresses, skirts, casual and formal outwear.
