Dear Sirs,
Subject: Authorization to clear the shipments
In terms of applicable provisions of the Customs Act 1962, and rules and regulations framed under the said act
including but not limited to the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance Regulations) 1998 and the Bill of Entry
(Forms) Regulations 1976, I/we hereby authorise TNT India Private Limited, who is registered as Authorised Courier
and its any clearing agent who is holding license under the Customs Housing Agents Licensing Regulations 2004,
to clear the shipments imported in our name from time to time and execute bill of entry including courier bill of
entry on our behalf. The aforesaid authorisation is valid and subsisting unless and until revoked by us.
