Special Rules and Guidelines
Before any bookings can be made, the following training requirements must be completed. Nine (9)
Video Tutorial Trainings and the optional two (2) Online Supplier Trainings of your choice. These
courses are free, simple, quick, open book and have no time limits. However the faster you complete
them, the faster you can begin growing your new travel business. Any urgent bookings needed prior to
completion of the ITA training requirements can be referred to Sales Support Staff for booking and will
be paid at 25%.
In addition, all outside travel agents residing in Ontario Canada, must also take and successfully pass
the TICO travel counselors exam. This exam must be passed prior to any marketing, solicitations, or
bookings being made.
RTA 50/50 Program:Pro Travel offers a special 25%-40% commission split to all agents who desire
to simply pass their client to the PTN internal sales staff for booking. This program is helpful when you
are busy, or you feel the booking is more than you want to handle.It is also a great program for anyone
who simply wants to market his business and leave the bookings to Pro Travel mentor staff.Your refer
them, we follow-up, build relationship, research, and book, and you get 50% of your current commis-
sion split, and the client remains yours.
IATAN Achievement Program: VIP Event benefits are based on achievement of $5,000 in personal
earnings within the 90-day promotional period. Transportation to/from events is responsibility of
agent. Commissions from personal/same household bookings cannot be more than 15% of total
amount for qualification. All bookings must be properly Invoiced with all required documentation
All bookings made under the Pro Travel Network ITA program, are subject to our Policies and
Procedures. These policies and procedures detail the basic requirements of Independent Agents for
each and every booking such as immediate proper PTN Invoice & Receipt for all client funds received,
proper disclosures, advertising guidelines, and when commissions are deemed earned. Following
these Policies and Procedures protects the Pro Travel Network Opportunity for you and for all of our
agents across North America, and more importantly guarantees that all travel clients will be treated
professionally.
