Subject title:

Location :
Mainly at ISIMS : www.isims.rnu.tn
Occasionally at REGIM-Lab : www.regim.org
Key words : Ranking, Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), E-commerce web sites, assessment.
The first part of the memory is to study fuzzy MCDM methods such as fuzzy TOPSIS and
fuzzy VIKOR. An overview of MCDM methods in the field of web sites assessment can
be found in [1].
In a second pass, both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to assess the quality
from the selected criteria [2] can be applied. The qualitative approach is characterized by
observing user interactions from gathering user explanations and opinions based on a set of

users, for example. While the quantitative approach is based on measuring criteria by
evaluation tools [3].
