1. My dictionary:
Use 20 words from your I
need to study list and write
a definition of the word

4. Pic Collage: Using the pic collage
app or another method (have teacher
approve) create a collage of pictures
of yourself/and a friend (s) using at

7. Rebus Create a picture story using at
least 20 vocabulary words or a combination
of 20 using your some of the additional
words created. You must also include the
verb jugar, saber, any e to ie verb and a use
of comparison word at least 1 instance of
each. All the 20 vocab. words used will have
pics and then underline grammar mentioned
above.Por ejemplo:

2. Word relationships.
Create 10 word comparisons
accomplish this by relating 2
words in Spanish to 2 words
in English that exhibit the
same relationship in English.

5. Picture Cards: Using 15
vocabulary words and 5 words from
your additional vocabulary list create
index cards with the Spanish
vocabulary word on one side and a
picture (drawn, magazine cut out or
computer generated) on the side.

8. Short Story - Find a picture or pictures
and label at least 20 vocabulary words you

additional words, then write story that is

then state why they are
similar in Spanish. Highlight

that word as the answer and include
the answers. The words can be in the

IMPORTANT ITEMS TO REMEMBER

This Choice Board is due on the due date. Since this is a classwork assignment ALL
work is due on the due date (no excuses) for every day late 5 points will be deducted.

Neatness COUNTS

DO NOT use the same words as people in your group (for example if you are doing the
My Dictionary activity your partner(s) can not have the same responses. I will be
checking for this.

Your completed work should be stapled together and appear in the following
order:

1. Your Choice Board with your name/ period and the activities you have
completed checked off

2. A list of all the vocabulary words you have used

3. The list of Additional words you have created

4. Your choice board activities with the corresponding number and title in
numerical order each on a separate sheet of paper.

REMEMBER: This is your practice with the vocabulary words. THINK and STUDY these
words as you complete your assignments. The vocabulary quiz will be scheduled within a
week from the Choice Board due date.
