My name is Ira Maya, people call Irmay. I really enjoys dancing and
exercise. Dancing to me is an art movement that emits positive energy which
when I dance, I feel more spirit live my days. often, I looked in the mirror to
reflect on themselves. how far I go? step to achieve the dream. A few days
ago, comes in mind to go to the previous day, where I reached asa. aku want
to fly relieve tired, depressed and anxious for everything that makes a mess.
Regardless of habit and my favorite, I actually still in school. In the
past, I enjoyed my school comfortably and peacefully. Now, I really miss high
school because high school is said to be the loveliest place. Where is the place
 I started learning with the maturation itself away from parents. SMA comfort
when school is the students compete fairly. I love it.

international seminar"2nd International Seminar on Pharmaceutical Science and
Technology"in Bale Sawala the Rector Campus Building Jatinangor, 24 - 25
November 2016. This seminar deliver information related to the results of
research on the scope of science and pharmaceutical technology.

Chairman of activities is Dr. Aliya Nur Hasanah, S.Si., Apt., M.Si .. He

said that the seminar is expected to be an exchange of information related to the
development of science and technology in the pharmaceutical field. A theme
of"Advancesin Materials Design, Process and Technology for Improving
Pharmaceutical ProductQuality",is expected to contribute to improving the
quality of the results of pharmacological research.

The seminar was officially opened by the Rector, Prof. Tri Hanggono
Achmad, Thursday (24/11). He said that there are several challenges to improve
the quality of science and pharmaceutical technology. In addition, increasing the
quality of products in the pharmaceutical industry is closely related to the growing
health care sector.

One of Pharmaceutical quality improvement effort is the utilization of

information technology aspects. However, use of information technology has two
sides of a coin. On the one hand can increase the quality of service, on the other
hand affects the increased cost of services. It is a challenge, how it can improve
the quality but still maintain the stability of health care costs, "said Rector.
 Another challenge in improving the sector of science and technology
pharmacy is the dominance of the profession pharmacy. A cooperative effort
between sectors is very important. Thus, the challenge of improving the quality of
not only the responsibility of pharmacists, but also all the stakeholders in the
health care field.

Furthermore, the Rector said, it is important to be manifest in improving

the quality of health care is to keep people healthy. "Health care is not just treating
the disease, but how we are able to discover and develop health services with the
goal of public health is maintained.

Participants attended an international seminar are as many as 223 people.

Participants not only from the pharmaceutical industry, but also followed by
various multidisciplinary and professions, ranging from academics, researchers,
students, to the pharmacy practitioners.

Speakers in seminars conducted by the Faculty of Pharmacy Unpad, Prof.

Roland Bodmeier (Freie Universitat Berlin), Prof. Yasushi Arano (Chiba
University), Prof. Habibah A. Wahab (School of Universiti Sains Malaysia),
Assoc. Prof. Dr Zeeshan Ahmad (Leicester School of Pharmacy, De Montfort
University Leicester), Prof. Dr. Zhari Ismail (Universiti Sains Malaysia), Prof.
Kunikazu Moribe (Chiba University), Prof Abdul Rohman (UGM), Prof.
Bambang Kuswandi (Jember University), Dr. Roestan Rahman M. Pharm., MBA
(PT Biofarma,), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Khairunisak Abdul Razak, Assoc. Prof. Kyung
Teak. Oh, PhD, and Taofik Rusdiana, Ph.D., Apt.

In addition to international seminars, this event is also filled with parallel

presentations and posters title.
