TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

1. COLUMN FOUNDATION
i. Column footing in R.C.C 1:2:4 mix 9 depth and trapezoidal portion
10 depth. Column rod 6nos of 12mm RTS. With 6 RTS ring 9 C/C.
2. BASEMENT AND SUPER STRUCTURE
i. Base height of 300 from existing ground level will be raised and filled
with saudu sand and consolidated.
ii. Walls : All peripheral walls will be of 9 thickness and inner partition
with 4 thickness.
Brick work with II Class chamber burnt brick in cm 1:6 for 23cm thick
wall and 1:4 for 11cm thick wall.
iii. Plastering in cm 1:4, 12mm thick for inner wall 1:5 for outer wall and
1:3, 10mm thick for ceiling.
iv. Lintel : At opening according to design at 7 height.
v. Roof slab: Roof slab 5 thick with main rod 10mm RTS 7 C/C and 8mm
RTS distributor 8 C/C.
vi. Roof height 100 for ground floor and 96 for first floor.
vii. Stair case : With R.C.C. waist slab and masonry steps.
viii. Parapet wall 26 height with 46 thick wall.
ix. For all concreting works Corramandal Cement and other masonary
work will be carried out with Standard quality Cement (53 grade).
3. SHELVES AND LOFTS
i. Open rack shelves of Cudapppa slab will be provided, one in kitchen &
one in bedroom of 40 (or) 30 by 70
ii. R.C.C. loft 20 wide at one side in kitchen and in Bedrooms
iii. Cooking platform 20 wide with granite slab with stainless steel sink.
4. CARPENTRY WORK
i. All doors fittings will be oxidized iron. Main door will be provided with
mortice lock of standard quality. Main door will be of teak wood frame
with paneled door
ii. All others are flush doors with teak frames. PVC doors for all toilets.
iii. All windows with teak wood shutters and teak frames with white finned
glazed shutters and grills.

5. SANITARY & PLUMBING

i. One European water closet (Pink or White) in one toilet and other toilet
Indian water closet.
ii. In each bathroom 1 wall mixer with shower and 1 heater point.
iii. All plumbing lines are PVC and CP fitting in bathroom.
6. FLOOR AND WALL TILING
i. Flooring will be of vitrified ranging up to Rs 42/- per sq ft. in hall,
bedrooms and kitchen.
 ii. In bathroom 70height tiles, kitchen table side lintel height tiles and
kitchen cooking platform in granite with stainless steel single bowl sink
(tile ranging up to Rs25/sq.ft)
iii. Glazed tiles upto lintel level will be provided over kitchen platform.
7. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Electrical lines concealed with good quality PVC copper wires and Anchor
Roma switches.

Any extra points required will be charged extra according to the prevailing
rates.

8. WATER SUPPLY
1. Plumbing lines will be of good quality P.V.C pipes.
2. Overhead tank with 1000lit water capacity for bore and another 1000lit for
sump.
9. PAINTING AND WHITE WASHING
i. All inside walls will be of Ace emulsion and outer wall with cement paint.
ii. All doors, windows grills will be painted with Enamel paint.

EXTRA WORK (Not included in construction cost )

Weathering course, Compound wall, bore well, Sump, Hut and EB temporary
connection.
