Scope of the Study: The system Library Login and Logout System was already
developed in Jose Rizal Memorial State University
Katipunan Campus. Due to the problems encountered, the
researchers came up to the idea of enhancing the system
wherein the students who visited and login in the library will
be listed according to each Departments. The purpose of this
system is to record and monitor the number of students,
faculty and staff who visits the library. This will keep track
the past record of a certain students, faculty and staff by
using this program. It will generate reports automatically
about the list of students, faculty and staff who login in the
library.
Limitations of the Study: The system can only be accessed offline. Admin account
cannot be accessed by Users and Students. User account
cannot be accessed by Students. Users and Students cannot
access the database. Users and students cannot manage
books, inventory, Time log, inactive accounts, and archive:
only the Admin.

Project Title: SSG Collection Record Keeping System

Scope of the Study: The SSG Collection Record Keeping System is a system use
for storing, securing and giving reliable data to the user. The
System will help the Supreme Student Government
organization in Katipunan Campus in recording all the
transactions in terms of collecting especially during
enrollment and signing of clearance. This system allows the
user to add, edit, delete, and update the list of the students. It
also generate reports automatically regarding the list of the
collection.
Limitations of the Study: The SSG Collection Record Keeping System focuses only
on recording the Supreme Student Government (SSG)
JRMSU - KC collection every semester. This system is use
only by the officer in charge.

Project Title: SMS-Based Grade Inquiry System

Scope of the Study: The request of the grades can be done through any
network of cellular phones.
The students can inquire grades via SMS by entering
a verification code from mobile phone.
Only the registered numbers are qualified to inquire
their grades.
The device used in the system is for inquiry only.
The system automatically back up the database.

Limitations of the Study: It cannot be use for conversation.

The system has no capability of handling delayed
messages.
