Life trained, capable prep cook seeking a kitchen. I'm an able foodie, proficient multi-tasker,
relatively intelligent, and I dont run with scissors. While I am pursuing freelancing work in my original
discipline, film/video editing, I have also immersed myself in all things food and cooking. Without culinary
training, I have a very good palate, erudition and am a quick study executing and broadening my skills and
knowledge. Im an unabashed food geek and I also play well with others. I dislike trying to peddle myself on
paper, I look forward to trying to peddle myself in person.
