Summary:

Project klr-500
Our work starts from taking the project files. They provide both the 2d drawing
in AutoCAD and also hard copies of them. We started with analysing the
assembly for what it belongs to, where it is assembled to the machine, weather it
belongs to the same machine or not, are the drawings are correct, what is the
background of it. After cross checking all these things we to start the modeling.
Modeling:
First of all we set up the software with required start parts, formats, configs and
settings. Then we start looking up for how many parts, assembly that particular
assembly contains. Then we start diving the work and make schedule for the
work I.e, like expected time, completed time, time for particular part or
assembly. According to our schedule we make the work done.
Quality check :
This includes verification of drawings and 3d models with required parameters.
This is done in four stages.
1) Qc by self check and by team lead
2) Qc by incharge
3) Qc by head
4) Qc by project incharge of klr
In between and after qc at all four stages we make the required corrections and
also we take the approval of that correction given by the project incharge in klr.
Project submission:
After total completion of work we make the B.O.Ms required and make soft file
which includes creo copy, pfd of drawings, 3d snapshot of components and auto
cad files given by them.
We also provide 2 sets of hard copies one for them another for us. In our copy we
take the sign of project incharge of klr on corrected drawings for approval.
By following all the steps and parameters we have successfully completed our
product with our hardwork. By this project we also gain knowledge on particular
machines and also learnt some techniques which improves our design skill.
