Job Responsibilities;

Job Responsibilities
Control Measures;
Ensure Welcome calls / Debt verification coverage to all the new facility sanctioned by the
Bank with the newly launched and enhanced limit customers,
Monthly review & revise the service quality benchmarks / monthly quality meeting to ensure
regulatory circulars are adhered,
Vendor management for collections / client verifications activities, constant visits to Agencies to
track the collection target and control the delinquencies.
Following the AML Anti Money Laundering guidelines to avoid financial loss,
Scrutinizing and Escalating all Early warning / Riskencountered in the portfolio
Providing trading pattern feedback of the supplier and buyers account conducts to the
supporting department during the review of the account.
Reinstating the temporary suspension on the accounts whenever triggered
Operational Risk Maintain Banks internal control standards including timely
implementation,
Internal & External audit points together with any issues raised by Regulators.
Liasing with Insurance companies for raising & recovering the claims on NPA accounts.
Responding to the queries raised by the Credit Team on the conduct of the account since

for all stress, NPA Non Performing Assets and write off accounts under immediate Manager
- Assistant Vice Presidents guidance.
Generate early warning signals during the Overdue / Debt Verification / Welcome Call to
NTB (New to Business) case & escalate the same as per the escalation matrix for on time
resolution with no revenue loss to Portfolio - SME.
Daily interaction with the client and their customer to management the account good

Improve MIS support to internal customers;

To maintain Debt Verification, Early Warning & Reconciliation of Debts MIS


45+ Overpaid / Overdue in Domestic and Export Cases reports respectively with
qualitative and constructive strategy, reporting to CRM Credit Risk Management in India
and Hong Kong
To monitor the feedback / updates on overdue & interest cases maintained by the TCOs
every week in Portfolio application IFAI & report the overall efficiency to AVP.
Improve operational workflows and processes;

To introduce new process / revised process for improving quality & quantity of work i.e
overdue advising to customers.
Assisting the internal software engineers on mission testing to implement the new
application to enhance process improvements, also worked on six sigma project with my
seniors to increase associates performance efficiency my tracking the application database

by Bank was 1.2 SPH and achieved as 1.5 SPH
Constant co-ordination with the US bank clients for the sales performance and
collections to cure the accounts.
