Multicultural Curriculum Framework: The following is a framework

developed to analyze the quality a high school science curriculum. The


questions in the framework will determine the quality and effectiveness of
the alignment to the standards, essential content, instructional models,
research-based strategies and assessment for diverse learners.
Rating is on a scale of 1-5 with a 1 indicating no evidence of culturally
appropriate curriculum and instruction and 5 indicates quality culturally
responsive teaching and curriculum.
