Strong Point teacher, Behaviour Consultant,
Behaviour Interventionist, Physiotherapist,
Occupational Therapist, Speech Language
Pathologist, Director/ Admin
Lead/ Senior Behavioural Interventionist and
Admin roles. Strong Point does lack this
leadership role, however, I have found a
person to attend to with questions and
concerns.
Hierarchically organized, however everyone
is willing to provide information, guidance and
answer any questions.
Clinical positions need specific qualifications.
However, at it seems that interventionists are
not required as much training. There were
various levels of education, and in a few
cases I had higher education then some of
the staff. However, they still have greater
power over my role as they are staff and that
needs to be respected.
