BATCH-34th
DIVISION- F
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
ASSIGNMENT
TITLE- MAKING ECONOMY
CASHLESS
ASSIGNMENT-1

INTRODUCTION

Cashless economy is that in which we do the

transactions using cards or by digital techniques. As
now in India we are making less than 5% transactions
electronically. So to make cashless economy is a very
harder task.
As firstly we have to remove the existing currency
which is flowing in the market right now that will give
two benefits, firstly to make economy cash less and to
remove black money from the economy.
India use much cash for transactions that is highest
in the world. That is 12.42%in the year 2014 as
compared to other countries. So it has many benefits
that we will see in the long run.
As we all know that this process is currently
going on in the country that was launches by Mr.
Narander modi. His focus is to make economy cash
less, with aim of curbing the black money out from the
flow.
So this assignment become easier as we are
currently going through the situation on which we have
to make process of activities that we will need to make
the economy cash less.

STEPS TO BE TAKEN

Before starting any project the first and foremost things

we do is planning. That involves the procedure or steps
how we are going to accomplish our objective or plans.

So that will ultimately help us to know the critical path

or correct procedure and the time that we are going to
need to complete the project.

be completed before another task can be started, the
first task is said to have precedence over the other.

Or, it shows that start of the activity depends on the

finish of preceding activity.

METHOD CPM OR PERT

In my assignment I am going to use CPM (critical path

method) because it will help to manage well define
activities of project and it also helps to control both
time and cost. It will also help up to what is the critical
path and what are the critical activities on which we
have to give more focus.

PERT technique is the estimate for three times and CPM

is for one time estimates.

PERT is mainly for events and CPM is for activities and

now we are dealing with activities.

CONCLUSION
In this assignment we have studied the plans to
complete a project through critical path method by
calculating activities and their time duration. This
concept is very interesting and develop our thinking
skills that will help us to apply those skills to use in
future.
