SL No. Process Procedure
At the very first step of quality inspection, a quality inspector Confirmation of garments should confirm the total quantity of garments according to 01 quantity buyers requirement. Here, quality inspector should check various trimmings and Confirmation of trimmings accessories needed in the garments according to buyers 02 and accessories instruction. In this stage, quality inspector should compare the garment measurements against the customers measurement charts 03 Measurement inspection such as sleeve length, garment length etc. Here, quality inspector should check the garments inside part to find out various problems such as unbalanced sleeve edge, 04 Garments in-side inspection incorrect side shape etc. Quality inspector should check here the garments outside part Garments out-side to find out different problems such as open seam, needle holes 05 inspection & marks etc. In final inspection, quality inspector should check different issues about the garments such as shade variation from one 06 Final inspection part of garment to another, correct labeling etc. Here, quality inspector should check various problems of packing according to buyers instruction such as dirts & stains, 07 Packing correct size of poly bag, garments quantity per carton etc.
