    M30 Methylhydrogen Silicone Fluid is a Methylhydrogen polysiloxane
    (Polymethylhydrogensiloxane)[CASNo63148572]withaviscosityintherange
    ofapprox.25to30cSt@25C.

    M30 Methylhydrogen Fluid is widely used in waterproofing applications for
    gypsumboard,plasterboardandplasterblocks.M30isoilsoluble.Mostoften,it
    is applied after being diluted with solvents such as acetone, toluene or hexane.
    Dilutionratiosvarycontingentuponthesurfacetobetreated.

    The curing temperature of M30 Methylhydrogen Silicone ranges from 120C to
    175C.Curetimesareacceleratedathighertemperatures.Forexample,thecure
    timesofuncatalyzedM30isapprox3to4hoursat120C.At150C,curetimes
    arebetween10to15minutes.Catalyststhatacceleratecuretimesincludezinc
    octate,ironoctate,dibutyltindlaurate&tinoctoates.Atypicalconcentrationis
    10partsofMethylhydrogento1partcatalyst.
