experience in inspection and construction fields for different piping systems, tanks,
pressure vessels, steel structure and equipment. With extensive Quality Control and
co-ordination skills in Oil & Gas plants, Petroleum refineries, Petrochemical plants,
Pipelines, Workshop and Fabrication yards. An intensive experience in qualifying
welding procedures and welders qualifications for various materials, consumables
and different welding processes. Specialist in Hot tapping and Plant inspection
further more , able to manage shutdown up to start up.
Familiar and fully conversant with applicable international codes, standards and
specifications such as "ASME, ANSI, API, AWS, ASTM, DIN, BS, EN etc". Also have
significant success in the execution field and projects management.

Senior QA/QC Inspection Engineer.

Review and approve Contractor and Sub-contractor Inspection and Test Plans for conformance to
specification, codes and standards and identification of inspection intervention requirements.
Verify quality control documentation in the form of Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements and
work instructions and inspection records / test certificates are available prior to work commencing.
Ensure work sequence is planned and controlled via Implementation and adherence to company approved
method statements and work instructions.
Surveillance activities of Piping / Mechanical construction and testing works at site as required by
Inspection and Test Plans to verify product conformity and full compliance with engineering drawings
specification , codes & standards and project contract documents.
Witnessing NDT of Welding works to verify adequacy of construction and inspection methodologies in
producing product conforming to engineering drawings, specification, codes & standards and project contract
documents.
Review and acceptance, via signature, of process and inspection verification documents in the form of
Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection records, checklists and Test certificates.
Monitoring and reporting the works status using Computer software (MS project).
Ensure company regulations with regard to work safety and environment preservation are maintained.
Produce and submit daily Inspection Reports identifying items inspection, acceptance / rejection rates and
area of concern.
Carry out surveillance inspection of materials, consumables, welding for the different piping systems,
piping supports and steel structure in different QPD offshore platforms.
Check for the hydro-test packages, witness for hydro-tests and reinstatement works.
Review, endorse NDT and QC reports and prepare daily and weekly reports. Assessment & review of
documentation required for the successful work completion.
Witness building, bolts tightening and hydro-testing for Flanged end pipe spools for the successful work
completion.

Plant Inspector :
Responsibilities included on and off stream inspections of the companies static equipment assets. Installation
of new pipe work and repair of on stream main LPG lines and associated wellhead flow lines. Formulation of
comprehensive inspection reports and as built drawings, recommended remedial repair actions and detailed
work sheets for sub contractors. Follow-ups involved interaction with production operations and company
maintenance engineer to achieve mechanical completion within the programmed time schedule and in
accordance with the relevant specifications.
