Breach Comments: A person called into the office with regard to this account. The person inquired on the account and made changes to the account. He indicated he was
the account holder (Royce Sayers). We have received numerous calls from this cusotmer and we discovered that their voices were not the same. We
spoke to the customer today and he again said he was the customer and then admitted to being the nephew of the customer (Randall Sayers). Randall
indciated that our customer no longer lives in the area. We advised that we cannot make any changes or answer any questions over the phone. The
customer must come into the office with photo id.
