Responsibilities Responsibility of Hi Impact Consultants and Clients

• All resumes provided by Hi Impact to the Client will be treated as conclusive unless
revert is made by the Client to Hi Impact within Three (3) days of its receipt thereof. No
averment of any nature on any ground whatsoever will be entertained by Hi Impact after
the expiry of said seven days.
• In the event a revert is made seeking phone number of any particular candidate whose
resume has been submitted to the Client, Hi Impact at its sole discretion may disclose such
number. If after receipt of contact number the Client does not refute the same within the
next three days the same will be treated as unique and would be deemed to have been
accepted by the Client. No claim regarding its authenticity or otherwise will be entertained
after the expiry of the said stipulated period of three days.
• In the event an averment is made by the Client that any resume is duplicate in nature,
it would be obligatory for the Client while making such an averment to substantiate
through valid proof that it was known to the Client prior to its receipt from Hi Impact.
Failure to substantiate while making the averment will render the averment in fructuous
and the Client will be liable to make payment of the Service Fee for such candidature as
envisaged hereinafter.

Upon recruitment of a potential candidate, intimate the fact of such recruitment and hand
over a copy of the Appointment Letter within 7 days of the issuance of the Offer Letter.
