Training methodology specically used by BARA

FCB Summer Camp Repblica Dominicana offers a unique and exciting opportunity of
feeling oneself like a FCBarcelona player, since the trainings are done following the
methodology that has produced great results in football world. Enjoy the exclusive
access to FCBarcelona training and methodology, and get a true Bara experience.
Objectives of summer which go beyond football

FCBEscola Dominican Republic, on the basis of the experience gained in the football
pitch and values, proposes an action program aimed at transmitting to children and
adolescents positive values, taking the sport as a means to promote a healthy and
harmonious growth. This work should be consistent with the values of the club and must
prioritize the development of the talentof each student and/or player.
COACHES
The Summer Camp is the responsibility of the management of FCBEscola, which
provides the technicians and the work program, and which sets the guidelines that must
be followed in the trainings.
FC BARCELONA SEMINARS
Training sessions will be complemented by seminars conducted by the FC Barcelona
coaches and other professionals from the club.
Participants will learn and experience the basis of FC Barcelona regarding to both its
methodology and its philosophy, so as to carry out a more accurate reading of the game.
Among the subjects to be discussed we find: history of the club, individual technique,
tactics, game system analysis, sports psychology, among others.
The seminars aim is achieving the interaction between participants and speakers so that
the football player can make the most of the sessions.
SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR GOALKEEPERS

A program aimed at improving the technical complexities that this position requires.
Each workout is designed specifically following the suitable method to define the
technical requirements and gain a greater understanding of the meaning of playing this
position. Goalkeepers are also integrated with other players both in sets of small format
as in real situation.

BENEFICIARIES
Children between 6 and 14, who have sporting skills and, with the support of their
parents, are willing to get trained beyond football as leaders and/or small managers of
their own skills, talents,family life and, in the future, the professions they will chose; all
this, having fun practicing sports activities and learning to play football.

Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines! It's time to rip up the Dominican off road and
get a bit muddy!
From our ranch in Macao, we go tearing through the remote farmland of northern Punta
Cana, passing palm trees and tobacco plantations with the Oriental Mountain Range
deep in the background. These narrow, secluded country roads offer a safe haven for
deep pools of mud that we'll go barging through again and again. At first, you may try
and avoid the mud, but soon you'll give into the filth. This excursion is not for the dainty.
Our first stop is at a quaint country ranch for an introduction on local produce like cocoa,
coffee, tobacco and Mamajuana (a Dominican aphrodisiac elixir) and green tea leaves.
Back into the rocky off-road, among panoramic views of endless farmland and distant
mountains, our excursion leeds us to a picturesque cave replete with a deep natural
swimming hole. Jump in; cool off and wash off in these refreshing underground waters.
The longest stretch of our drive is also the largest contrast. From the hidden countryside
cave, we retrace our muddy path, and then some, to the shores of the photogenic Macao
Beach, one of the last resort free coastal stretches of Punta Cana. Here, we'll have time
to enjoy this idealistic Caribbean Beach with rows of palm trees and azure waters.
