    To ALL advisers,

    Good day!

    Please be reminded that the deadline of LIS enrollment is on August 31,


    2016. In line with this, you are advised to enroll all of your students
    including those who were from the section that was dissolved. Our target is
    100% enrollment rate on the said date.

    On the other hand, kindly provide me the copy of the Form 137 of those
    students who were not enrolled due to error. For the advisers who were
    affected by the disbanded section, furnish me a list of your students for
    the sectioning in LIS.
