I, Karen M. Tayo, 45 years old, single, resident of Toms River,

New Jersey, USA, after having sworn in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I am the supervisor of Mr. Edlano Kristan S. Solito during the

time he worked as a consultant at Tayo Perida Law Firm at
New York, USA from December 10, 2015 to August 20,
2016.
2. Mr. Edlano Kristan S. Solito has been residing in Toms River,
New Jersey, USA from December 10, 2015 to August 20,
2016.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing

facts and to support the filing of Civil Case against Mr. Edlano
Kristan S. Solito for engaging in practices not consistent with the law
in marriage.
