is running smoothly. The purpose of our project is to monitor the program which is being run at
the GETP training centre in SURAT, GUJARAT.

those need to be addressed back to the company for further action. Our sponsors wanted to
find out the possible improvements that can be made in the ongoing training program to make
the module more informative and deliverable. We had been asked to find out reasons of huge
labour turnout in the region and have been asked to find out remedies to this problem as a part
of our project.
To conclude, our project intends to help our sponsors to find out what results are being yielded
by the use of the ongoing operator training program by ILFS in the respective centres and
also what effective measures can help them to eradicate the flaws.
