"READ ME/LICENSE"

Thank you for trying The Old Rugged Cross I hope that your group enjoys singing it and that it
contributes to your worship.

A couple of things:

You may print out the music pages as single 8.5x11 pages or "2 up" to fit both on 8.5x11 (landscape
orientation). You may have to fiddle with the enlargement percentage to get the right fit.

The file is organized as follows:

Page 1 is this Read Me/License (obviously).

Page 2 is your registration form. I hope you will take a couple of minutes to print it out and fill it in.
The arrangement begins on page 3.

This is, of course, shareware. The nice thing about it is that you can try the music out with your group
(even perform it) before you decide to purchase. If it works for you, I would hope that you would
support the shareware system by sending $ 2 0 (check, money order or U.S. currency) and the
completed registration form to:

And now the legal stuff, for the record . . .

1) You may print and/or make as many copies as you need for your group at present and as needs dictate in the future.
2) You may perform this music in conjunction with any worship service or meeting in your church or under the aegis of your
church.
3) You may print the lyrics to the Prayer Songs in your worship service bulletin or program for congregational singing.
4) You must include the copyright notice and the shareware notice on any copy you make, including cassette copies of
MIDI trax.
5) You may record and distribute free of charge recordings of this music. If you sell the recordings, you must remit
mechanical royalties according to U.S. Copyright law to the above address.
6) You may not alter the MIDI files.
7) If you distribute this music to others, please include a copy of this license and explain the shareware system.
