Schools Division Superinlendenls, lnc., will conduct lhe 2017 TEA Governonce Forum oi
the Ynores Cenler in Anlipolo City, Rizol on 23 Februory 2017 from B:30om to 4:00pm.

A regislrotion fee of one hundred fifty pesos (P150.00) per porliciponi sholl be collected
to cover odministrotive expenses. The registrotion fee ond trovel expenses of
porticipon'ls sholl be chorged ogoinst locol funds, subjeci lo cccounting ond ouditing
rules ond regulotions. Food provisions sholl be orronged by the respective Schools
Division Offices,
