various engineering components (as shown in the Annexure-A), for expanding vendor base.
Interested and capable vendors who are satisfying all the General Eligibility Criteria given in the
Annexure-B may apply through the supplier application portal https://suppliers.bheltry.co.in/.
The Steps for filling the Application Form option, available in the centre of the above-
mentioned website provides the detailed steps.

DOCUMENTS MAY PLEASE BE ENSURED BEFORE ONLINE SUBMISSION.

Annexure B
Minimum Eligibility criteria for applying for new vendor registration

S.No Eligibility Criteria

1 The vendor should be a MANUFACTURER of the product.

2 Vendor should have been in continuous business of the product

for minimum 3 years.

3 The vendor should not have been referred to BIFR/NCLT/any

other negative feedback from other Government agency.

4 In case the product is categorised as IBR (as shown in the Annexure

A), it is mandatory that the vendor should be approved by IBR and
should produce the IBR approval certificate for the factory for the
manufacture of the particular product

5 In case the vendor is a foreign vendor, the D&B report with

complete details shall be produced.

Note: The eligible vendor shall send all relevant supporting documents in support of the above.
