COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, HANILET S. PROTINA. 16 years of age and a resident of Flat 206, Lot 8, Gladiola street
Euroflats Bldg, T.S. Village Alabang, Muntinlupa City, under oath declare that:

1. That on or about Dec 22, 2014, the accused Fr. Manolito Mamboboso, her uncle, living in
her parents house, had sexual intercourse with the complainant, prior consent was obtained
through proposals of love and promise of marriage;

2. The undersigned was only 13 years old when the relationship started, the accused
showered the victim with promises of marriage which the latter blindly believed due to her
young age and innocence;

3. After Fr. Manolito Mamboboso succeeded in his pretensions to have multiple sexual
intercourse with her through his prior promise of marriage, the complainant assiduously asked
him to comply with said promise, but Manolito answered her that his lack of means rendered the
realization of the promised marriage impossible;

4. After a year of having sexual intercourse with the victim, Hanilet became pregnant;

5. With the help of her friends, the undersigned ran away from home to hide her growing
belly; Again the victim asked the accused to marry her, not knowing that the accused cant marry
her because he was her uncle;

6. On September 22, 2016 Hanilet gave birth to a baby girl which the accused refused to
recognize;

7. Their relatives discovered Hanilets situation and explained to her that her uncle was just
deceiving her and that the two of them can never be legally married;
 8. The undersigned executes this sworn statement for the purpose of charging the
respondent with the crime of QUALIFIED SEDUCTION under ART. 337 of the Revised Penal
Code of the Philippines.
