To discuss and consider particular personnel matters, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(1), regarding:
a. the performance, assignment, resignation and related processes as to one or more specific employees at the
school and division levels, and
b. the performance evaluation of another employee at the division level; and
For consultation with legal counsel and discussion of legal advice, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(7), on
several particular matters that include legal requirements and legal risk management considerations for the Board and its
members under state law and personnel-related processes and considerations under both state and federal law.
